แถลงการณ์ร่วม วันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2559 แถลงการณ์เกี่ยวกับการตอบโต้นักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชน น.ส.พรเพ็ญ คงขจรเกียรติ น.ส.อัญชนา หีมมิหน๊ะ และ นายสมชาย หอมลออ พวกเราซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานภาคประชาสังคมที่มีรายชื่อด้านล่าง กังวลอย่างยิ่งเกี่ยวกับกรณีที่กองทัพบกได้แจ้งความดำเนินคดีในข้อหาหมิ่นประมาททางอาญาและพระราชบัญญัติการกระทำผิดทางคอมพิวเตอร์ต่อนักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชนหญิง คือ น.ส.พรเพ็ญ คงขจรเกียรติ น.ส.อัญชนา หีมมิหน๊ะ และนักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชน นายสมชาย หอมลออ น.ส.พรเพ็ญเป็นผู้อำนวยการมูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรม (มสผ.) ซึ่งติดตามและรายงานกรณีการซ้อมทรมานและการปฏิบัติที่โหดร้ายในไทย และนายสมชายเป็นประธานมูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรม ส่วนน.ส.อัญชนาเป็นผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มด้วยใจ หน่วยงานในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ ซึ่งทำงานช่วยเหลือผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากระบบยุติธรรม รวมทั้งถูกดำเนินคดีด้านความมั่นคง บุคคลทั้งสามเป็นบรรณาธิการร่วมของรายงานสถานการณ์การทรมานและการปฏิบัติที่โหดร้าย ไร้มนุษยธรรม หรือย่ำยีศักดิ์ศรีในจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ปี 2557-2558[1] ซึ่งรวบรวมกรณีการปฏิบัติที่ไร้มนุษยธรรมระหว่างการควบคุมตัว 54 กรณี มีการเปิดตัวรายงานเมื่อวันที่ 10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559 งานวิจัยและรายงานดังกล่าวได้รับทุนสนับสนุนส่วนหนึ่งจากกองทุนสหประชาชาติเพื่อเหยื่อจากการซ้อมทรมาน ซึ่งก่อตั้งภายใต้สมัชชาแห่งสหประชาชาติ ที่ 36/151 ใรปี 1981 และเป็นไปตามมติที่ 12/2 ของคณะมนตรีสิทธิมนุษยชนสหประชาชาติ นักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชนและผู้ร่วมงานเหล่านี้ต่างเป็น “บุคคลซึ่งร่วมมือกับองค์การสหประชาชาติ หน่วยงานที่เป็นตัวแทนและกลไกอื่น ๆ ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน” […]
