Protection International is an international non-profit organisation that supports human rights defenders in developing their security and protection management strategies. We specialise in preventative protection, particularly through:

Protection International does not provide emergency evacuation support or emergency grants for human rights defenders in imminent danger. If you would like to improve your knowledge about security and protection management for your human rights organisation, activist group or coalition, we offer online courses three times per year. These courses are currently available in English, Spanish and French.
